Of old, making sausages, they of course used the boiled intestents for skin.. Which of course aren't used as much today, unless you're on a farm and being old and stuff..

Now I wonder.. If I'd start doing sausages at home.. it's of course no problem getting the meat, the spices and stuff..

But.. where the heck do I find the skins? I can't ever remember having seen a box in the store that says: "Skins for Sausages"
